The Bill (Reg. No.3122) introduces amendments to the Laws "On the Local Self-Government of Ukraine" and "On the Local State Administrations", defining the list of authorities of the local State administrations concerning reduction of off-the-job injury rate.
The People´s Deputies stated that financial and economic calculations and motions concerning expenditures for realization of measures aimed at reduction of off-the-job injury rate would be submitted by the local executive and self-government bodies within the period of formation of the State Budget.
The Committee members believe that adoption of the Bill will create an effective system of State administration concerning reduction of off-the-job injury at the regional level, which will increase the level of citizens´ safety.
